Craft Happens is a stationery and craft shop dedicated to creativity, organization, and a little bit of playful chaos. We offer planners, stickers, journals, craft supplies, and handmade goods designed to spark inspiration.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
At this time, Craft Happens operates online only.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS?
Yes! Select products can be customized. Send us an email with your inquiry to info@crafthappensco.com and we will reach out to make your vision come to life.
DO YOU RESTOCK SOLD‑OUT ITEMS?
Many items are restocked regularly. Limited‑edition items may not return.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options at checkout.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can be changed or canceled within a short window after purchase. Contact us as soon as possible to info@crafthappensco.com. If the items have already shipped, it may not chanced or canceled.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available.
DO YOU OFFER BULK OR WHOLESALE ORDERS?
We do. Please reach out through our contact page for wholesale inquiries. Our rates are dependent on your order product and volume.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Processing typically takes 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method. This is subject to change during holidays or special sales. Check out our home pages for updated shipping info.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time, we only ship order to the U.S, but if you are not from the U.S you can send us an email to info@crafthappensco.com to see if we can maybe work something out.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
In most cases, we do not accept returns nor exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, please email info@crafthappensco.com and we will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction.
CAN I RETURN CUSTOM ITEMS?
Custom and personalized items are non‑refundable unless there is an error on our end.
PRODUCT CARE
ARE YOUR STICKERS WATERPROOF?
Some die-cut stickers are water‑resistant but not fully waterproof unless noted otherwise. All other stickers are not waterproof.
WHAT PENS WORK BEST WITH YOUR PLANNERS?
Gel pens, fine‑liners, and ballpoint pens all work well. Wet‑ink markers may bleed depending on the page.

Because creativity can be messy, magical, and unexpected — and we embrace all of it. It doesn’t have to be perfect it just has to work for YOU!
